Using its resources and substantial experience, LCIA specializes in structuring and in placing finance (both debt and equity) for its clients’ projects. Its financial group constantly researches new, innovative methods of financing. Capital risk is carefully assessed by LCIA, and financing programs are designed to minimize or to abate the risk of each transaction. Structure includes the use of guarantees and some 21 different approaches to finance that the company has developed — including unique approaches to infrastructure financing and financing for vertical construction. Equity and debt placement are undertaken routinely.
A specialized account executive is assigned to a client’s account and is responsible for submitting a finance package, negotiations and client reporting.
