In the cases pertaining to Criminal Law, State - citizen relation has a self-contained nature. The State does not operate in a contractual, monitoring or regulatory manner in this case. Instead, it has a suppressive role and imposes penalties, in order to protect public order and individual rights. The role of the Attorney at Law in such cases may test her/his principles. Our Firm has established its own role. Our objective will have nothing to do with distorting or disrespecting the truth. On the contrary, it will utilise the legal system to project the truth, to the benefit of our client. Our client’s representation, in any capacity, is governed by the principle of the purity of our intentions. If our client is the accused, they will never be convicted for something they never did. If however our client has broken the law, then we will contribute so as to achieve the mildest penalty corresponding to her/his action. It is our Firm’s principle that we are obliged to serve the Law, not deceive it. This is the principle defining our difference.
